Additions:
- Added an Export button to the settings menu, which will export your settings to a JSON file
- Added an Import button to the settings menu, which will import settings from a JSON file

Changes:
- Tweaked the max width and position of inventory tile descriptions
- Loading a world will now place the player at the position they were at when saving the world

Removals:
- Fixed a bug where modded splash texts would not initialize properly
- Fixed a bug where uninstalling a mod with custom splashes would not remove the modded splashes from memory
- Fixed a bug where pressing a number key while hovering over an item in the inventory would disregard inventory scrolling
- Fixed a bug where UI Volume would save as Music Volume's value in Local Storage
